Heart of Tribes is role-playing strategy game, where every choice matters, your playstyle matters and every end is new beginning.

This game is about choices, responsibility and long lasting consequences. What follows are three pillars of the game.

All what player does returns to him/her.

When someone is pillaging weaker tribes, he will get into similar situation.

When someone cares for resources in his shire, he will not suffer lack in next shire.

This goes beyond good or evil, all what the player is doing matters.

The pillager will pay for his deeds sooner or later, but on the other hand his tribe will become known for his skilled warriors and one day … when all is repaid, he may be the best protector of those who are innocent, those who never will be that strong in warfare as he is.

The player always cares for his tribe in area called Shire

Shire is generated environment, where the tribe lives until willing to move on

Quality of the environment depends on quality of decisions in previous shires

New players have clean table and the shire quality is rather neutral

As a reward comes shire with lush environment, freshwater and rare resources

As harsh consequence of previous deeds can generate tundra, desert or volcanic environment, with lack of resources

Shire has neighbouring shires, which are open for exploration and can be under control of NPC faction, but also by other players

Other players do represent important factor.

Trade with them, fight with them or become ally.

But don't forget, there are worse enemies than other players.
